What is collected

• Custom inquiries. Name, email, Instagram handle, the product code you selected, your notes, and whether you prefer to finalise over DM.
• Orders. Billing and shipping details collected by Stripe during checkout, plus the items purchased.

How it is used

Inquiry details are used to quote and build your piece and to reply to you. Order details are used to fulfil and ship your order. Your information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Where it is stored

• Supabase — custom order inquiries are stored in a private database table that is not readable from the public site.
• Resend — used to deliver the notification email for each inquiry to the studio.
• Stripe — handles payment and stores billing data under its own privacy policy. Card numbers never reach AINZAUL.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while a commission is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so a piece can be identified by its code later. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Email info@ainzaul.com to request a copy of the information held about you, to correct it, or to have your inquiry record deleted. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be retained for accounting.

Cookies

This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe may set cookies necessary to process a payment during checkout.
